Week 8.

Another wasted weekend..... probably what i needed most.

Looking back at the past 8 weeks, have i changed? In any sense?

Physically, of course, getting much fitter and is sweating more and more....

Mentally. A bit. Still lazy, but surely I'm much more efficient in doing my tasks.

Diet and lifestyle. A lot. Have no thoughts previously that 10 o'clock is time for bed.... but it's true, more sleep = easier day tomorrow. That means I should probably sleep now. Later then.
