It's been some time... but situation remains.... as bad.
Work has eaten up most of my time, for no particular reason... one hypothesis I can imagine is the change of boss and the drastic drop in morale.... but that's one thing... being on the wrong side of lady luck certain spells the start of disaster...
There were a few good cases, however, with the lack of support from the team members, all work is crumbling fast. They have started expressing some rebellious traits and I have little time to quell the resurrection... things are not looking too good.
I am literally a misfit in the team, a perfectionist leader among a bunch of slackers is heading nowhere... If they were employed by me, I can make sure they are gone by now. However, this is where red-tape kicks in.... thanks to the so called organization that i get no effective means to get rid of these guys.

Okay, so much about work... life's not so work-related (I hope). I still manage to meet with some friends on occassional basis, and I certain hope things will improve in the near future. Thanks for those who have shared their time with me.

Bought a new computer, finally I am with a decent computer with no hanging/forever lagging... though it cost a bit but I can only say it's good investment.

Suddenly have a dream last night... maybe influenced by a friend MiMi.... suddenly I have an urge for travel.... I dreamt of Rome... shall be a really nice thing if I can set foot there.... soon.

Too much attention given to things that didnt matter in life.... too little time for reflection and writing... things must change.
I hope... some change is around the corner.
