Very physically demanding day....
Morning was better. Just some skills on presentation skill, which most of my colleague are doing more than fine.....
But then.... problems starts to appear when 'boss' told us to prepare a 12 mins presentation next week, with topic related to HK and politics. I simply hate the choice..... end up i shall do something related to the 'Police Image in the eyes of Public'. Hope this general topic is going to save me....
PT lesson before lunch, you may say it's Physical Training, or more appropiately, Physical Torture. Running for 2 hours and then swimming for 1 hour is no fun. Got seizures all over my thighs and hamstring..... crazy.
Practical/Leadership exercise is challenging as ever..... in the forseeable future my 'study-time' will be cut short as i have to prepare for these lessons.....
How much time do I left????
