Physical or Mental?

Abuse to any of the above two are not good thing....

Quite different from previous training. Today's focus is mainly on academic. Had lesson on laws from 1000 till 1700.

It's mental abuse.

Gosh.

Now very tired. Struggling whether to sleep early for tomorrow. But a lot at the upcoming schedule suggest otherwise.

Dilemma.
