Cooking Lesson 101~

Living a pretty much idle life lately (and a boring one as well)..... finally have time to experiment with my self-created cooking recipe..... here's a successful one~

TV dinner style - Grilled Cod fish

Ingredients:
1. Frozen Cod Fish (can buy in those supermarket)
2. Herbs (My recommendation for newbie: Italian mixed herbs)
3. Garlic Salt (optional, but perfect for the lazy bones)
4. Butter (doesnt matter, but you'll need a lot of it)

You'll also need a oven~

Cooking:

1. Defrost the cod fish (though this is also optional....) (better to do so if you want to cook something good~)
2. Dry the fish with paper towel
3. Season the fish with herbs and garlic salt (amount depends on your taste)
4. Warp the seasoned fish and a large chunk of butter (essential) by aluminum foil (tight seal)
5. Put it in oven till it's completely cooked (recommended: 250C, 18-20 mins)

The food is ready~ (if you're more demanding on food, you can try to pan-fry the fish so that it taste more crispy)

It taste good, it's easy to prepare (you can even prepare that during commercial time of TV and the fish will be ready by the next commercial break), even a dummy can do it well..... and the best of all, you dun need any dishes or plates in preparation, meaning that you dun even have to do dishes afterwards.... perfect for slacker like me ^^ LOL~

I'm about to go to the beach tomorrow, gotta sleep now, i'll think of some better food (convenient food) next time.... write later~
