Shopping (and buying??!)

Count down to Hall Orientation Camp - 2 days

I have no idea why i am so into this O camp stuff..... a repent maybe? Anyways, i really enjoyed the time spent with the leaders of Lee Garden.... I am sure this O camp is going to be a successful and a good one~

Played ice hockey today.... Damn the result....

Found some time during the afternoon to have tea with my mom..... i can already predict that i wont go back to home when the O camp starts......

Went shopping at mong kok.... spending a thousand dollars on shoes and clothes..... still got the debts from the credit card usage.... headache~

Notebook Computer

The implementation of the new patient software is scheduled for March 2006. All patients' information will be available on-line including charting, day sheet and radiographs. Students who treat patients in the open clinic will need a notebook computer as there will be wireless LAN connection only.

The minimum configuration of the notebook computer to run the server patient software is set out as follows:

Windows XP Professional/ME/2000
Pentium Plll 1 GHz or equivalent
512 MB RAM
20 GB HardDrive
100 MBit Ethernet Cards
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 (minimum)

Damn... this mean i have to buy a new laptop in order to attend class (i'm a die hard desktop user)..... who is the bird-brain behind all these IT teaching stuff....... I receive not a single cent from the university for the laptop..... jackass.....
